                • Tell everyone you know.
                • Talk to the schools and day care centers. Offer to speak at parent-teachers meetings.

                Phenylalanine is one of the essential amino acids found in proteins, but I am one of the believers that amino acids should be eaten in combination, not in isolated form. Nature provides amino acids in combination; only man isolates them for processing purposes.

                Phenylalanine is found naturally in foods such as eggs, milk, bananas, and meat. If you are PKU (Phenylketonuric) or sensitive to phenylalanine, you will react to the phenylalanine in aspartame. You many want to get a blood test to check for this condition. Over the past 20 years, humans have become more aware of PKU reactions because human beings began using isolated phenylalanine to the degree it is harmful to some individuals, many as aspartame side effects. My suggestion would be to research PKU and phenylalanine extensively. Phenylalanine can be very harmful to diabetics.

                Aspartame Structure
                The structure of aspartame seems simple, but what a complicated structure aspartame really is. Two isolated amino acids in aspartame are fused together by its third component, deadly methanol. In this structure, methanol bonds the two amino acids together, but when released at a mere 86 degrees Fahrenheit, the methanol becomes a poisonous free radical.

                Methanol breaks down into formic acid and formaldehyde, embalming fluid. Methanol is a dangerous neurotoxin, a known carcinogen, causes retinal damage in the eye, interferes with DNA replication, and causes birth defects.


                Aspartic acid makes up forty percent of the structure of aspartame. Under excess conditions, the structure of aspartic acid can cause endocrine (hormone) disorders and vision problems. Aspartic acid is a neuroexicter, which means its structure affects the central nervous system. Hyperactivity is stimulated by aspartic acid, so this structure is not good for ADD/ADHD conditions and should be avoided during pregnancy.


                Adverse reactions to aspartic acid are: headaches/migraines, nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, sleep disorders, vision problems, anxiety attacks, depression, and asthma/chest tightness.                 Aspartame is a crystalline protein C14 H18N 2O 5 that is derived from 2 amino acids, phenylalanine and aspartic acid. The FDA is ever mindful to refer to aspartame, widely known as Nutra-Sweet, as a food additive, never a drug. A drug on the label of a Diet-Coke might discourage the consumer. Since aspartame is classified as a food additive, adverse reactions are not reported to the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).

                Aspartame is 200-300 times sweeter than sugar (the number one legalized drug in the U.S. and the world). Just as sugar, the white fetish, has its list of adverse reactions and side effects, which include: anxiety, ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder), Candida Albicans (yeast infections), obesity, headaches, hyperactivity, tooth decay, and diabetes, so does chemically concocted aspartame. The list of adverse reactions and side effects include, but is not limited to: brain lesions, headaches, mood alterations, skin polyps, blindness, brain tumors, insomnia, depression, various cancers, erosion of intelligence, and short-term memory.

                Aspartame is economically cheaper and sweeter than sugar, which is very appealing to soda beverage companies (i.e. Pepsi-Cola). It is also very appealing to weight watchers who are seeking to lose weight, especially American women, because of its low calories; but what most diet soda beverage drinkers don't know, is that aspartame, once inside the human body, converts into FORMALDEHYDE! Yes, formaldehyde, as in ENBALMING FLUID!!! At 86? degrees, aspartame converts into formaldehyde, which is a neuro-toxin and destroys the brain cells. Well, common sense or medical or biological knowledge lets us know that the natural human body temperature is 98.6?, which means that any time you consume aspartame containing substances, the aspartame in those substances is going to convert into formaldehyde as a chemical by-product. Formaldehyde or embalming fluid is used to stiffen dead bodies (corpses). Well, what do you think it's going to do to a living body? The same thing it does to a dead body - STIFFEN IT! This is why a report by American morticians reported a few years ago stated that more than 50% of all Americans are 40% embalmed WHILE ALIVE OR LIVING! Yes, the living dead.

                Stiffness is a very serious pathology in the U.S. today. Starch plays a major role, as does methanol, which is used as a fermenting agent in the process of cheap liquor (Old English, Schlitz, ST. Ides, etc.) that is sold in predominantly Black neighborhoods in the U.S. But by and far, aspartame has to rank highest on the list. Aspartame is found in over 1,200 food products as a so-called food additive, including diet soda beverages, chewing gum, non-dairy creamer, and candy. It is most popularly referred to as Nutra-Sweet.

                The Pentagon once listed aspartame in an inventory of prospective biochemical warfare weapons submitted to Congress. Well, if that doesn't get your attention to shun this sinister substance, then maybe its deteriorating effect on your brain cells has done too much damage on your brain and therefore your thinking from all of your past consumption of this sinister and diabolical concoction bestowed upon a sugar-addicted nation and world by our good ole friends Monsanto, the company that is now playing God with our food. Hell, if most Americans don't care what they put into their bodies, why should Monsanto?

                One would be wise to get off of all synthetic sweeteners, i.e. Splenda, Equal, Nutra-Sweet, sucrose (white table sugar), brown sugar, etc and use more natural sweeteners i.e. maple syrup (Grade B or C), agave nectar, stevia (plant), or even fruit concentrate, fructose, and Succanate which are better than any synthetic sweetener. Though I do not recommend honey as a natural sweetener or for food consumption purposes, however, honey is far better and safer for you than any of these corporate/man-made chemical sweeteners which are addictive simply because they are drugs

                Your sugars and sweetening agents should derive from Nature and not man's corporate laboratories. Again, consider coconut sap sugar, maple syrup, agave nectar, and/or organic stevia as a natural sweetening agent.
